Returns
- Eligibility: You may return most items within 5 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it
- With all original tags and packaging intact
- Not a custom-made or personalized item (these are non-returnable)
- Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on undergarments or items marked as final sale.
How to Return
- Contact our Customer Service team at zyzaismailhq@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery to initiate your return.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide the return shipping address.
- Please securely package the item(s) and ship them back to us at your own cost unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund promptly.
