Returns

  • Eligibility: You may return most items within 5 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
    • Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it
    • With all original tags and packaging intact
    • Not a custom-made or personalized item (these are non-returnable)
  • Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on undergarments or items marked as final sale.

How to Return

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at zyzaismailhq@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery to initiate your return.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide the return shipping address.
  4. Please securely package the item(s) and ship them back to us at your own cost unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund promptly.
